What you can expect
- Processing and recording incoming invoices from foreign vendors
- Reviewing and maintaining vendor master data, particularly address and bank account details
- Processing and reconciling vendor statements and resolving outstanding balances
- Coordinating and following up on outstanding invoice approvals
- Recording and reconciling credit card statements
- Reconciling and reviewing administrative service invoices
What sets you apart
As a Working Student
- Ideally, you are at an early stage of your studies, preferably pursuing a degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Confident use of standard MS Office applications
- Good command of German and English, both written and spoken
- Willingness to familiarize yourself carefully with new tasks and processes
- Friendly and confident manner
- Quick learner with a reliable and dependable approach to work
- High level of accuracy and a strong sense of responsibility when handling assigned tasks
- Enjoyment of working in a structured and conscientious manner
