What you can expect
- Assist the team with processing and organizing administrative tasks in day-to-day operations
- Send and assign documents, and maintain the associated records
- Enter payment orders into the internal system (dual-control principle)
- Assist with other administrative tasks to lighten the workload of the annual fees department
- Flexible work schedule of 12 to 15 hours per week, based on individual arrangements

- Proficiency in common MS Office applications
- Good written and spoken German and English skills
- Willingness to carefully familiarize yourself with new tasks and processes
