What you can expect
- Preparing, reviewing and submitting payroll-relevant data to our external payroll service provider
- Supporting the HR department with all tasks related to day-to-day HR operations
- Handling a wide range of administrative HR tasks, such as preparing employment contracts, certificates and statistics
- Maintaining and updating employee master data and digital personnel files
- Acting as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related questions and requests
- Supporting the implementation and further development of HR processes
- Carefully documenting and processing HR-related matters while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection requirements
What sets you apart
- Completed commercial training or a degree in business administration, ideally with a focus on Human Resources
- Initial professional experience in Human Resources, preferably in the area of payroll
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, particularly Word and Excel
- Experience with the HR information system Personio is a plus
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken, as well as good English skills
- Enjoy working in a structured, independent and highly accurate manner
