What you can expect

  • Preparing, reviewing and submitting payroll-relevant data to our external payroll service provider
  • Supporting the HR department with all tasks related to day-to-day HR operations
  • Handling a wide range of administrative HR tasks, such as preparing employment contracts, certificates and statistics
  • Maintaining and updating employee master data and digital personnel files
  • Acting as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related questions and requests
  • Supporting the implementation and further development of HR processes
  • Carefully documenting and processing HR-related matters while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection requirements

What sets you apart

  • Completed commercial training or a degree in business administration, ideally with a focus on Human Resources
  • Initial professional experience in Human Resources, preferably in the area of payroll
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, particularly Word and Excel
  • Experience with the HR information system Personio is a plus
  • Very good German language skills, both written and spoken, as well as good English skills
  • Enjoy working in a structured, independent and highly accurate manner
