What you can expect
- Managing and strategically developing national and international trademark and design portfolios for discerning clients
- Advising on the development of trademark and design application strategies in the UK, Europe, and internationally
- Hands-on work: From preparing and managing trademark and design applications through to registration, as well as coordinating international applications with correspondent attorneys
- Independently preparing and conducting opposition, cancellation, and revocation proceedings, as well as representing clients in adversarial proceedings before trademark offices
- Coordinating international disputes in collaboration with local representatives, as well as negotiating and drafting settlement agreements

As a Trademark Attorney
- In-depth knowledge of UK and, ideally, European trademark law
- Experience managing international trademark portfolios and conducting trademark searches
- Experience developing and implementing registration and protection strategies
- Proficiency in handling international trademark application procedures and collaborating with correspondent attorneys worldwide
- A meticulous, structured, and independent work style
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to grasp concepts quickly
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as a confident demeanor
