Your Tasks

To support our HR Development Specialist, we are looking for a motivated working student with experience in AI-supported video production who enjoys creating modern learning and communication formats.

In this role, you will create AI-generated videos for internal training and communication purposes. You will develop prompts for text creation, voiceovers, and video design to prepare content in a way that is engaging and tailored to the target audience.

You will work closely with our HR Development Specialist, support the planning and design of new formats, and contribute your own creative ideas. Additionally, you will keep track of current trends in AI and digital learning and research suitable tools for use in HR development.

You are currently studying, ideally in media, communications, human resources, psychology, IT, or a related field.

You have some practical experience using AI tools for video and content creation and have ideally tested different tools. You are also familiar with using social media platforms, especially for video creation and editing.

Creativity, curiosity, and a good sense for modern learning and communication formats describe you well. You work in a structured and independent way and enjoy bringing new ideas into HR development.
