Ihre Aufgaben
As an assistant at our Düsseldorf or Munich office, diligence in file management, organisational skills, as well as the ability to correspond in English are essential. In this position, a key part of your role will involve independently supporting a patent attorney in their day-to-day administrative tasks.
Ihre Qualifikationen
As an Assistant
You have completed training as a foreign language correspondent, multilingual secretary or similar professional training and have experience as an administrative assistant. You also value working independently in a structured environment and are keen to expand your professional knowledge.
As a Person
Your professional competence is combined with a passion for working as part of a team. You are a quick learner, have good organisational skills and conscientiously complete the tasks entrusted to you.
A very good spoken and written command of English and German as well as confident computer skills are essential.
